The first step we take is to verify insurance coverage and pre-authorize services before treatment begins. We participate with medical plans including BCBSM, BCN, Priority Health, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Tricare to make care affordable and transparent.

Dr. Burton complete an initial exam, dental & medical history, and take impressions. He will recommend specific appliances based on his exam of each patient. Appliances are sent to a special dental lab with your impressions to ensure a comfortable, custom fit.

Once we deliver your appliance, we make sure it remains effective through a series of adjustments an annual follow up visit. Our staff will work with your physician and sleep centers through West Michigan to coordinate any future testing and care if necessary.
